Purchased for vaccination cards. Problems with shipper, so was offered a refund by vendor. Refund was processed very quickly. Product arrived a few days later. I contacted vendor to arrange for either return or payment for product. Was told to keep the product and received another apology for the shipping problem. Card pouches are nice, clear and sturdy, easy to insert cards, but don't seal. Lanyards are as described.
