Seems high quality, like it will last a very long time. A lot of gadgets exist for the elderly to have with them in case they fall or have another issue. But the phone communicates better, so I carry it with me everywhere, even in the house. I can't carry items ALONG WITH A PHONE, as I need one hand to steady myself as I go. I've been told that I shouldn't add a film to the glass to protect against falls as it makes the phone work less well...dunno about that. So I tuck the phone inside my shirt when I have it around my neck, to avoid slamming the phone into something and perhaps breaking the glass. It's reassuring to have it with me.
