I work at a hospital and I kept purchasing lanyards for my nametag from the gift shop just to have them break after a couple weeks. Each of the ones from the gift shop were fancy looking and about $13 each. So I wanted something more basic and found this one for a great deal! I was half asleep (as I usually am when I make online purchases) and my family got a really good laugh when the box arrived and we realized I got an even better deal cause I had no clue there were FIFTY LANYARDS!! Lol oh well, I guess if they ever break I will have backups. I have started handing them out at work as well.. I refuse to regret this late night purchase. ?I needed one of these.But 24 was super cheap so hey I went with the 24 option.What'd I do with the extra 23 you ask?I gained loyal soldiers who will lay their lives down for mine without question; without hesitation. Soldiers who...probably forgot about me when the convention was over, but I digress.These lanyards are solid. They're strong, lightweight, and they hold badges just fine. Not really much to say; there's no clip so it won't fall off your neck and the material is smooth on the skin. 1 will cost you at least a buck so spend 4 more and get a box - if you're buying a lanyard for something like a con, give them out and gain some friends for the weekend. Can't go wrong.These are great Lanyards!The neck loop fits an adult comfortably.The metal clip that swivels is a HUGE advantage over the normal lanyards that only have a string.I don't know what I'm going to do with 24 of these but it was cheaper than buying 3 low quality ones.Lamination Depot packaged these very nicely and were organized in the box, no knots or anything.Just because I don't like to only give pros, my one complaint is that the metal clip is very firm, so it was kind of hard to attach to a small item(small remote transmitter). However, this is also another pro for this item, the clip doesn't slip.I seriously can't find anything that isn't great to say about these.These lanyards are perfect for my needs. Do make sure to order more than necessary as you get what you pay for - a few of my lanyards were frayed. Others had the metal turned out which I can imagine has the potential to catch on clothes. Otherwise, 95% were exactly as expected. In photo: right two are frayed, center is perfect, left two have flawed metal.Our interns and volunteers need to wear these for anywhere from 1 - 10 weeks with keys attached. They're not the greatest quality and a few broke within a week, but most lasted and for the price they were worth it. Thankfully, enough came in the box that they were easy to replace. Just make sure you buy a few more than you need in case some break and you need to replace them.I rent vacation homes for a living and I use these lanyards for the passes to our pool. They are used by hundreds of people each year and none of them have ever broken. They retain their color and still look good after a lot of abuse. Fast shipping too - my reorder arrived much faster than Amazon said it would. Highly recommended.Good & sturdy but I thought the length was the finish length but it's the length of the strap end to end. This means that it's only half that length on you neck. I needed it to be that long ON the neck. That's why I knocked off one star as I felt the length was explained clearly.These are quality lanyards. I sometimes forget to put my lanyard and ID away after work and will wonder what's tapping me on the motorcycle. Even after being taken for a motorcycle ride on numerous days, they still look good. I also put one on my motorcycle handlebar with a carabiner so that I can hook it to my motorcycle key (just in case someone tries to reach other and take my key...like I've seen in videos).
